Description of project: Intersection widening inclusive of services relocation and installation, construction of footpaths and retaining walls, pavement widening and new pavement construction.
Scope:
Demolition of existing hardstands including carparks, retaining walls and footpaths
Construction of retaining wall structures
Construction of new kerb and footpath
Services relocation for electrical, gas, communications and optic fibre.
Installation of new RMS traffic signals and traffic devices
Installation of stormwater including connection to the existing stormwater system
Construction of new flexible pavement
Mill and re-sheet existing intersection
Value of Contract: $7 million
