Description of project: CCE were engaged to complete the bulk excavation and shoring to facilitate construction of the new Command Centre Building as part of the Western Sydney Airport Project.
Scope:
Design and construction shoring piles, shotcrete panels and temporary strand anchors
Capping beam construction
Bulk excavation of 20,000m3 and placement/ compaction in fill zone
Detail excavation of pile caps, cores, beams and slabs
Civil stormwater works to carpark and roads
Construction of temporary carpark
Construction of lay down laydown pavements for future permanent roads and carparks
Value of Contract: $8 million
Project Period: March 2025-October 2025
