Description of project: 50 Lot subdivision (Second release package of three packages), including house lots and installation of services.
Scope:
Earthworks on site including tree removal, remediation of uncontrolled fill, bulk excavation to all house lots, roads and footpaths, and detail trimming of all house lots.
Road formation works and the construction of over 5000m2 of flexible pavements.
Excavation and installation of 1,100m of stormwater pipes and pre-cast pits and lintels for the subdivision stormwater system.
Installation of underground services including potable water, sewer, electrical, gas and NBN.
Construction of 1200m of kerb and gutter to all roads constructed, including the construction of roll kerb to existing and new roads.
Construction of a wetland sediment basin including sandstone retaining wall, Grasscrete maintenance access, GPT access slab and deep water clean out zone.
Value of Contract: $4.0 million
